Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to a biennial state budget, to the appropriation limit, and           
to appropriations from the budget reserve fund.

Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
relating to the duration of regular sessions of the legislature and to
